Berlin, Berlin

August 6, 2015  |  Exhibitions

Berlin, Berlin displayed the duality of a city, perceived through glass. The works of sculptor Jehoshua Rozenman are strongly layered, equally raw as of a great beauty. Through his unconventional and intelligent use of glass as material and as metaphor he creates a motley dialectic between viewer and object; besides entrapment the images also invoke feelings of optimism. The new series of images “Berlin, Berlin” was created in his current place of work and residence Berlin, and was presented in cooperation with Galerie Fontana at Nieuw Dakota.
